Our mission is to empower young women of color to escape the consumerism of the hair care industry and embrace their creativity. We help them to enter and dominate in the marketplace by teaching the art of MicroLoccs & Maintenace. This enables them to create income in this flexible field of work while simultaneously acquiring entrepreneurial skills.
